BritBox reveals which US states watch the most British period dramas!

Want to know which state in the US loves British period dramas the most?

Well, thanks to brand new data from streaming service BritBox, we can tell you.

We can reveal today that Oklahoma is the US state with the most viewers watching British drama series set in the 18th, 19th, and early 20th centuries.

Top shows includes the likes of Downton Abbey, Upstairs Downstairs, and Pride & Prejudice.

Based on BritBox viewership between November 2020 and January 2021, here’s the Top 10 list of states which watched the most British period dramas:

The stats follow the news that the popularity of Bridgerton led to an increase in viewers seeking period dramas on BritBox in the UK during lockdown.
