A Tale of Two Cities: Trailer and everything we know about the new Dickens adaptation

A new adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic novel A Tale of Two Cities is coming soon, with Kit Harington, François Civil and Mirren Mack leading the cast of this four-part historical drama.
The series is set to premiere on 6 September 2026, with episodes released weekly. It will air on MGM+ internationally, while the BBC will broadcast the series in the UK.

Poldark: All five series coming to ITVX for free

Fans of Poldark have another chance to return to the Cornish coast, as all five series of the hugely popular period drama will soon become available to stream for free on ITVX.

The BBC drama, starring Aidan Turner as Ross Poldark and Eleanor Tomlinson as Demelza, originally ran for five series between 2015 and 2019. Based on Winston Graham’s novels, it follows Ross as he returns to his home in Cornwall after years fighting in the American Revolutionary War and attempts to rebuild his life, estate and fortunes.
