BBC’s ‘The War of the Worlds’ is coming to DVD next month
Details of the upcoming DVD release for The War of the Worlds have been confirmed.
Set in Edwardian England, the new three-part adaptation of H. G. Wells’s classic sci-fi novel stars Rafe Spall (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom) as George and Eleanor Tomlinson (Poldark) as his partner Amy, attempting to survive an extra-terrestrial attack.
Robert Carlyle (The Full Monty) also stars as friend and scientist Ogilvy, whose experiments could be vital to driving back the Martian invasion.

From the makers of Poldark and Victoria, The War of the Worlds began on BBC One earlier this month.
All three episodes will be released on DVD in the UK on Monday 2nd December by ITV Studios Global Entertainment.
