Bridgerton Valentine’s fan event reveals news about Season 3, episode titles and a surprise wedding announcement
On Feb. 14, the series’ cast and creative team gathered together in London to mark the upcoming release of Bridgerton Season 3, which premieres on May 16 on Netflix.
Bridgerton series creator Shonda Rhimes, showrunner Jess Brownell, author Julia Quinn, together with the regular cast confirmed some of our hopes and suspicions about Season 3, and let us take a sneek peek at some exclusive photos of what is in store for viewers.
What to expect
As already revealed, Lady Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and her long held secret crush, Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) will take centre stage this season. Fans are waiting with bated breath to see if their friendship will overcome their differences, and finally get a taste of their own happy ever after.
Brownell explained “Colin and Penelope are underdogs in many ways…we get to see these characters step into their power this year, which I think will make a lot of people who have ever had an unrequited crush or felt like an underdog before feel very seen,”
When will it be available to stream?
Part 1 (301-304) will drop on May 16, 2024, with the second batch (305-308) to follow on June 13, 2024.
