Filming is now complete on the new season of ‘Victoria’!

Victoria star Jenna Coleman has confirmed that the show’s third season has finished filming.

Eight new episodes of the period drama series began filming in May, with Coleman and Tom Hughes (The Game) reprising their roles as Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.

Victoria writer Daisy Goodwin recently hinted at the historical events that will feature in Season 3 and revealed if Prince Albert will die in the upcoming episodes.

Celebrating the end of the shoot, Jenna Coleman posted some photos on Instagram.

The former Doctor Who star commented: “It’s a Wrap. ‘Victoria’ Series 3. A revolution. Cholera. 2 labours. 7 children. Deaths. Georgianballs Resignations. Horses. Osbourne house. Boxing matches. New cast members in Season 3 will include Laurence Fox (Lewis) as Foreign Secretary Lord Palmerston, John Sessions (The Loch) as Prime Minister John Russell and Kate Fleetwood (Harlots) as Victoria’s mysterious sister, Feodora.

Season 3 is expected to air in the UK in the New Year on ITV and will premiere in the USA on Sunday 13th January 2019 on Masterpiece on PBS.
