There’s now an official ‘The Crown’ podcast featuring the writer and cast
Netflix is really spoiling fans of The Crown this winter!
10 brand new episodes of the award-winning period drama series about the reign of Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom debuted exclusively on Netflix last month.
In addition to that, Netflix is also now producing an official podcast to go alongside the third season of The Crown.
Hosted by Edith Bowman, The Crown: The Official Podcast follows the show episode by episode, diving deep into the stories and taking listeners behind the scenes with insights from many of the people involved in the show.
Guests include The Crown showrunner/writer/creator Peter Morgan and members of the all-new cast.
Each episode of the podcast is around 30-45 minutes long and you can listen to it here.
The official synopsis for Season 3 reads: “Times change. Duty endures. As Queen Elizabeth II (Olivia Colman) faces a rapidly changing Britain, her family continues to struggle against the needs of the monarchy and the wants of their fracturing personal lives.”
The fourth season of The Crown is filming in England right now and there are already rumours about who’ll be taking over from Olivia Colman in Season 5.
The Crown is available to buy on DVD on Amazon.
