There’s some great news if you’ve not been to the ‘Downton Abbey’ exhibition yet
The wonderful Downton Abbey exhibition has been extended in New York City through until later this year.
Downton Abbey: The Exhibition opened in New York last November, with ticket prices starting at $15.
It’s now been confirmed that the exhibition will continue in New York until at least 3 September.
It is open seven days a week, from 10am to 8pm.
Don’t worry if you can’t make it to New York, however. The plan remains for the exhibition to tour around the US and hopefully elsewhere in the world at a later date.
The official website says: “New York City is the North American premiere and we anticipate that it will travel to other locations but they have not been announced at this time.”

The official promotional material reads: “Downton Abbey: The Exhibition, based on the beloved television show, transports you to post-Edwardian England, where the characters and the iconic house come to life. You’ll be immersed in the fascinating social history, culture, and some of the most memorable moments from the show’s six-season run.”
Downton Abbey: The Exhibition will also be celebrating the upcoming Royal Wedding throughout the month of May, with special guest speakers, giveaways, competitions, and more to mark the marriage of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Downton Abbey: The Complete Collection is available to buy now.
The Downton Abbey movie is expected to begin filming this summer.
