Adorable first look at ‘Grantchester’ Season 4 revealed as filming begins
Filming has begun on the new season of Grantchester and a gorgeous photo from the set has been released to prove it!
ITV confirmed last month that Grantchester is returning for a long-awaited fourth season, but with the sad news that James Norton will be departing as Sidney Chambers.
It’s not yet been announced who’ll be replacing Norton as the new vicar, but fans can expect an announcement very soon as the mystery actor is likely to start filming imminently.
Returning cast members in Season 4 will include Robson Green as Detective Geordie Keating, alongside Al Weaver, Tessa Peake-Jones and Kacey Ainsworth.

Based on James Runcie’s novels, the period drama series is set in the 1950s in the Cambridgeshire village of Grantchester and was first broadcast in 2014.
Season 3 is available now to buy on DVD.
The fourth season of Grantchester is expected to air on ITV in early 2019.
