Here’s when PBS is re-airing the first season of ‘Victoria’ ahead of Season 2
American viewers will have another chance to watch the first season of Victoria this month.
Starring Jenna Coleman (Doctor Who) and Tom Hughes (The Game) as Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, the hit period drama is back soon in the US for a new season.
Titled ‘A Soldier’s Daughter’, the first episode of Season 2 will air at 9pm on Sunday 14 January on Masterpiece on PBS.
Ahead of that, however, Season 1 will be repeated in full by Masterpiece on PBS, starting at 9pm on Sunday 17 December and continuing until Sunday 7 January.

The second season picks up one month after Season 1’s finale in 1840 and establishes Victoria as a working mother, learning to balance her responsibilities as both parent and Queen. However, Prince Albert is still struggling to find a role for himself alongside his powerful wife as she returns to her duties, intent on proving that she can be both a mother and dedicated Queen.
Victoria launched in the UK in August 2016 and premiered in the US earlier this year. Season 1 is available now on DVD.
A feature-length Holiday special will air in the UK this Christmas on ITV.
