Watch mad new trailer for ’60s psychological thriller ‘Last Night in Soho’

Another trailer has been released for Edgar Wright’s new movie.

The English filmmaker is best known for directing Shaun of the DeadHot FuzzSpaced, and Baby Driver.

A psychological thriller set in 1960s London, Last Night in Soho is finally set to arrive in cinemas next month, having been repeatedly delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Period drama fans will recognise many faces in the cast, including Anya Taylor-Joy from The Queen’s Gambit, Matt Smith from The Crown, and the late Dame Diana Rigg from Victoria.

They’re joined by Thomasin Harcourt McKenzie (Jojo Rabbit), Terence Stamp (Valkyrie), Rita Tushingham (Doctor Zhivago), Michael Ajao, and Synnøve Karlsen (Medici).

Last Night in Soho will be released in cinemas on Friday 29th October.

The official synopsis for Last Night in Soho reads: “In acclaimed director Edgar Wright’s psychological thriller, Eloise, an aspiring fashion designer, is mysteriously able to enter the 1960s where she encounters a dazzling wannabe singer, Sandie.

“But the glamour is not all it appears to be and the dreams of the past start to crack and splinter into something far darker.”
