Poll: What was the best British period drama series on TV in 2017?

2017 has been another bumper year for British period dramas on television.

Welcoming back returning favourites like The Crown, Poldark and Call the Midwife and introducing new hits like The Last Post, Taboo and The Halcyon, it’s hard to choose a favourite from the past 12 months.
