‘The King’s Man’ preview: Ralph Fiennes stars in 1900s-set ‘Kingsman’ prequel

A brand new trailer for the third Kingsman movie has arrived.

The latest entry in Rocketman producer Matthew Vaughn’s spy adventure franchise has had its release date changed even more times than the new James Bond movie!

The King’s Man was originally meant to be released in November 2019, then February 2020, then September 2020, then February 2021, then March 2021, and then August 2021…

It’s currently scheduled for release on Wednesday 22nd December, so fingers crossed we will actually see this film one day!

Following on from 2014’s Kingsman: The Secret Service and 2017’s sequel Kingsman: The Golden Circle, The King’s Man is set in the early 1900s, exploring the fictional espionage organisation’s origins.

Trust star Harris Dickinson is playing a new young Kingsman agent called Conrad, alongside Ralph Fiennes (Skyfall) as the Duke of Oxford.

20th Century Fox has now unveiled a brand new two-minute “special look” at the movie.

The preview features footage from the movie, as well as a look back at the previous Kingsman entries, and some chat from the cast and crew about what to expect from The King’s Man.

Returning director Matthew Vaughn reveals: “This movie is really an origin story. This is the foundation of the Kingsman franchise.”
