Netflix UK’s new British movies and series for January 2024

Netflix welcomes in 2024 with a new selection of movies and TV series to watch in the UK!

The complete list of additions for January is as massive as ever, so here we’ve picked out the best titles for fans of British films and television to add to their watch list, as well as other historical dramas, period dramas, and classic movies we think you’d like.

Netflix kicks off the new year with its latest Harlan Coben mini-series, Fool Me Once, with the likes of Michelle Keegan (Our Girl), Richard Armitage (The Hobbit), Adeel Akhtar (Victoria & Abdul), and Joanna Lumley (Absolutely Fabulous) amongst the thriller’s cast.

Later in the month, there’s a documentary series about Alexander the Great, a stand-up special from British comedian Jack Whitehall, new Belgian World War II movie Will, and Olivia Colman’s Oscar-winning comedy-drama The Favourite.
