Poldark fans can now recreate Ross’s culinary delights with an official recipe book.
Based on Winston Graham’s series of novels, the hit Cornish period drama premiered in March 2015 and a fourth season is currently airing in the UK on Sunday nights on BBC One at 9pm.
Out now, the BBC’s beautifully designed Poldark Cookery Book features “ample homey recipes for traditional West Country fare.”
You can order the hardback book on Amazon here:
And it’s also available to buy digitally for Kindle here:
Highlights include “Figgy ‘Obbin Pudding” and “the Nampara staple of Baked Pilchards,” with both “inventively thrifty and sumptuously indulgent recipes aplenty.”
The complete first and second seasons of Poldark are available to buy on DVD now.
The new season of Poldark will air in the US later this year on Masterpiece on PBS.
