There’s an official ‘Poldark’ cookery book, featuring traditional Cornish recipes

Poldark fans can now recreate Ross’s culinary delights with an official recipe book.

Based on Winston Graham’s series of novels, the hit Cornish period drama series premiered in March 2015.

The BBC’s beautifully designed Poldark Cookery Book is out now and features “ample homey recipes for traditional West Country fare.”

You can order the hardback book on Amazon.

And it’s also available to buy digitally for Kindle.

Highlights include “Figgy ‘Obbin Pudding” and “the Nampara staple of Baked Pilchards,” with both “inventively thrifty and sumptuously indulgent recipes aplenty.”

The new season of Poldark will air in the USA later this year on Masterpiece on PBS.

All four seasons of Poldark are available to buy on DVD on Amazon.
