‘Harry Potter’ 20th anniversary: New 10-film ‘Wizarding World’ box set out now!

A wonderful new box set is out now to celebrate 20 years of the Harry Potter movies.

It’s almost hard to believe that it’s two decades since Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (or Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone as it was called in the US) arrived in cinemas in November 2001.

Grossing an incredible $1 billion since its release, the film launched the careers of young stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint.

The hugely successful franchise went on to adapt all seven books over eight movies, concluding with the second part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows in the summer of 2011.

Five years later, prequel Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them debuted, followed by a sequel Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald in 2018.

Marking twenty years since Harry Potter’s big screen debut, the Wizarding World 10-Film Collection is out today.

The ten-disc collection includes Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, as well as Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.

The beautifully-designed 20th anniversary box set is on sale on DVD on Amazon here, priced $42.49.

A perfect Christmas present for any Harry Potter fans!

It’s also been released on Blu-ray, priced $56.40.

Following numerous delays, a third Fantastic Beasts movie finally began filming last autumn.

The currently untitled movie is currently set to arrive in cinemas in July 2022.

Fantastic Beasts 3 will be set in Rio de Janeiro and Berlin, leading up to the Wizarding World’s involvement in the Second World War.

There have also been rumours about a possible Harry Potter television series for HBO Max, although nothing has yet been confirmed.

The Wizarding World 10-Film Collection is available on DVD and Blu-ray on Amazon.
