‘Downton Abbey’ is getting its own 24-7 television channel!
Downton fans can now watch the show around the clock.
The 24-7 channel has launched ahead of the second movie’s arrival on NBC’s streaming service Peacock in the US later this month.
Based on ITV’s hit period drama series, the Downton Abbey: A New Era opened in cinemas this spring, receiving positive reviews from critics.
Set in 1928, the hit sequel finds our beloved characters embarking on a lavish trip to the South of France where they must uncover the mystery of the Dowager Countess’ newly inherited villa.
The new Downton Abbey TV channel will be showing every episode of the series chronologically.
Peacock subscribers can already stream all six seasons of Downton, as well as the first movie from 2019, and the one-hour special The Manners of Downton Abbey.
Downton Abbey: A New Era will be making its streaming debut on Peacock on Friday 24th June.
